Activation
Activate in GeneJunction
Scan the QR code, download the GeneJunction App, register as a member, then enter your SRN under Settings and Activity. Activation is required before lab processing begins.

Collection
Prepare & Swab
Wait at least 30 minutes after eating or brushing, rinse with water, then open the package carefully and collect the sample by rubbing along the lower gums on both sides.

Seal & Return
Insert the sponge tip into the tube, shake vigorously, place it into the biohazard bag, seal the return pack, and arrange pickup for shipment back to the lab.

Prepare the Collector
Open the package carefully and remove the collector without touching the sponge tip.
Collect the Sample
Rub the sponge along the lower gums in a back-and-forth motion on both sides.
Insert & Close
Turn the cap upside down, insert the sponge into the tube, and close it securely.
Secure the Return
Shake the tube, seal it in the biohazard bag, then place everything inside the return pack.
