Once your genetic wellness report is ready, your genetic counsellor will review it and notify you to schedule an appointment. Before your session, you will complete a short questionnaire about your medical history and areas of interest—so the discussion is tailored to your goals. You will also receive a secure telehealth link with clear joining instructions.
During appointment
Join from a quiet, private space using your mobile device or computer. Your counsellor will explain how results are generated and how lifestyle/environment influence outcomes. Then they will walk through your report—focusing on practical wellness actions—while considering your personal and family background.

After your session, your genetic wellness report and a summary of personalized recommendations will be uploaded to your HealthFolio app. You can review anytime and use it as a guide for your wellness journey.
