You have 2 months from your purchase date to activate your kit. No pressure — just WhatsApp our team when you're ready and we'll walk you through everything. After 2 months, the kit may expire and a reactivation fee could apply.
Not at all. The kit comes with a simple saliva collection tube and clear step-by-step instructions. You just spit into the tube, seal it, and our courier collects it from your home. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Absolutely. myPreciseDNA is operated by Synapse Laboratory, a fully certified lab in Malaysia. Your genetic data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with all Malaysian data privacy regulations.
Once your sample reaches our lab, results are typically ready within 15–20 working days. You'll receive a notification via the GeneJunction app when your report is ready to view.
