You have 2 months from your purchase date to activate your kit. No pressure — just WhatsApp our team when you're ready and we'll walk you through everything. After 2 months, the kit may expire and a reactivation fee could apply.
Not at all. The kit comes with a simple saliva collection tube and clear step-by-step instructions. You just spit into the tube, seal it, and our courier collects it from your home. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
